Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can provide the best service, we ask that you give at least 2 days notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 2 days notice, or no-show appointments, will incur a fee equal to 100% of the service cost. We understand that emergencies happen, so this policy will be waived if you’re unable to attend due to illness. Thank you for your understanding!
